Long-period Virulent Test of Curcumin:Under the prerequisite that curcumin had no acute virulent function,scientists made a long-period virulent test of curcumin,two groups of animals with high and low dosages were formed,and continuously given drugs for 80 days,then observed them for 2 weeks.The observed items were 10 biochemical indexes of blood,8 hematological indexes,general dissection and pathology.It turned out that all the quotas of the group with high dosage of curcumin［50mg/(kg.d)］and the one with low dosage［100mg/(kg.d)］had no clear difference from that of control group,therefore it's concluded that curcumin was safe if taken 80 days continuously under the dosages above.
