If delivery is delayed because of inclement weather or delivery becomes unavailable to a particular location, we will do our best to inform you of the problem and make alternate arrangements for delivery if at all possible.
Recipient Absent at Time of Delivery:
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, and depending upon the delivery location, the delivery person may leave a message or secure the goods in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. Perishable goods can be harmed by extreme temperatures, and powder in particular need to be cared for promptly upon arrival. If you are unsure that someone will be available to accept the delivery when it arrives, please suggest "Special Instructions" with the order to specify a neighbor or other secure location where your package may be left. we cannot be held responsible for packages damaged by exposure or neglect after delivery has been attempted.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Provided:
we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses once the customer has verified the receiving location as correct. If the recipient's address is incorrect and the delivery was attempted but refused, the address can be corrected and delivery reattempted for an additional fee. If we received an incorrect address and the delivery was made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Incomplete addresses, particularly those intended for delivery to offices or apartment buildings, can substantially delay delivery. We will attempt to contact you as soon as we are notified of any difficulty with delivery, and if you cannot be reached, we will attempt to contact the recipient to request a corrected address if we can contact the receipt.There may be additional fees if delivery must be reattempted. The condition of perishable items cannot be guaranteed in any of the above circumstances.
Packages Left in Offices or Mail Rooms:
Products sent to businesses or buildings where deliveries must be made to a central mail room or receptionist may be delayed internally. Generally, these are inhospitable environments for perishable goods. Please ensure your recipient knows to expect a delivery so that your package may be cared for as soon as possible upon arrival. And due to our logistics policy "Can Not Deliver to POBox Address", the case rarely happened.
We do not arrange any shipment when vacation is coming. Any order confirmed near Vacation will be shipped ASAP vacation over and followed a notification. And normally our cooperation logistics can not make delivery too in public vacations.
- 5.Substitution Policy:
As to our experiences, the substitution rarely happened as all our clients exactly know what they really need right?If you would like to provide your own guidelines on potential substitutions to your order, please send these with your "Special Instructions", and if we must make a substitution, we will do our best to honor your requests.
- 6.Modifying and Canceling Orders:
Once an order has been prepared for delivery or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your purchase.
Due to the manufacturing procedures, we always suggest you take care of your order details by yourself.If you find your order must be modified in any way, pls contact us timely before you order confirmation.If your order has not yet been prepared, we will be happy to honor any requests You may have.
Prior to production, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.If materials and time have been expended on an order, the customer will be accountable for them.Refunds may take up to 15 days to process.
- 7.Refuse,Refunds,Returns,and Exchanges:
We reserve the right to refuse sales or service to any client at any time whether you are earthlings or aliens. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed into our system if the client is discovered to be related to a scam or intending to use our proprietary forms or frauds suspected.
Due to the manufacturing input of both raw materials and human resources, an order can Not be canceled once it came into production schedule, rarely the case happened.Friend cases can be except this policy, and the definition of a friend case normally according to freedom, equality and years mutual understanding in business.
A refund of the balance paid will be given within 30 days unless other arrangements are made. Once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled but we will assist in an owner transfer if necessary. The 10% fee retained covers administrative costs, time spent with clients, materials etc.Payments on custom orders are non-refundable.Custom orders, even if canceled mid-stream, are not eligible for refunds.
